Mountain lion dashboard / Alston

I emailed you last week (or maybe the week before) about some data incubator ideas, but I have a new one that I think is now highest priority for me—the White Mountain Apache Tribe needs a data dashboard for some mountain lion location data they are collecting. Right now, they have the most recent locations emailed to them daily, but they need a solution that will allow them to store the complete data sets, map the data of interest (e.g., labeled locations for the past week, or all locations for an individual mountain lion), and highlight clusters of locations (which indicate sites where a mountain lion may have killed an animal). It is also important that WMAT maintains control of its own data—password protection and hosting their own data would be important features.
