Dave Moore wants to know more about our group and whether we can support his Macrosystems grant idea

Spoke generally about letting the pre-awards folks know that we exist, how much we cost, and what kinds of problems we can help with.

Also spoke about starting with an incubator project to narrow down the scope of his Macrosystems idea
