Troubleshoot Osas' code #2068

Osas is getting errors that look to me like server issues on the CHIRPS side. Meeting 5/13 to investigate.

Updating terra and troubleshooting the gdal config seems like the next step - I would need to research how to do this on a Mac.

Replied suggesting updating terra and gdal using Homebrew. May need to meet again next week to go through it together or troubleshoot further!
