Create author-facing reports + sheets to fill in #2072

As of now, generation of the spreadsheets appears to work for everything except for the automated WP tabs. These need to wait until we update the template & QA pipelines.

Next up: plots for reports! Snippets time.

Plots will be greatly helped with Jessica's examples. Do we want to stack met data plots with WP plots?
