Public-facing, before Gordon:

[x] data submission form
- [x] send link to Jessica to put in new automated wp form
[x] interest form, presubmission form
[x] update website to non-UA links, non-UA emails
[x] add contacts page to website
[x] add temp maps page to website

Internal:

[x] dataset tracking/info/issues sheets
[x] data storage
[x] integration with data qa pipeline

I will need to write a new script for parsing additions to the submission form, but otherwise the infrastructure is set up.

I'm considering setting this up as a targets pipeline, because currently I am spending a lot of time rerunning things to get everything up-to-date/ensure that everything is up-to-date. I'm not sure if this is going to be the most important use of time, though.
