The Survey123 form on AGOL has been saved under a new name.

Test out downloading new form data and:

[ ] DB schema updates correctly from script, or upgrade path is documented and implemented
[ ] The data is correctly updated in the database

Pending permissions from Vicki to the Feature Layer in AGOL for new Survey (currently have some access but not to Feature Layer)
