Refreshing/reorganizing lesson 1 #27

I've removed all the R code best practices content and really emphasized the research compendium. There are two things I'm not sure we still want to keep in lesson 1: creating an RStudio project and how to set up RStudio for reproducibility (don't save .Rdata, etc.). I've also condensed some of the GenAI stuff from our "getting help" lesson and moved it into this one.

Ooh, looking this over it seems like a big chunk of this lesson is .Rprojects and a little bit on generative AI. Do you want to keep that in this lesson, and call back to it in the shell lesson? Or trim it out and move it later? Maybe we talk about this later?
