Update Lesson 2 (quarto) and re-order #31

Rearranging Quarto lesson (#30)

Besides re-ordering things, there are some small changes to the slides and instructor notes for lesson 2. This PR also installs the iconify extension which is like the one icon extension to rule them all. I use it for a quarto logo.

This looks awesome! When I merge https://github.com/cct-datascience/repro-data-sci/pull/28 (does this one look ok to you?) I can add in the links to the git and shell lessons again.

There are a couple of outstanding comments on #28, but yeah after that gets merged definitely add the links back. Remember to make some tiny edit to index.qmd and re-render to get the table to actually update in _freeze/
