Zenodo demo update (lesson 10) #36

The first year, the Zenodo demo was archiving this repo on Zenodo. Can't do that since it's already archived (could demo making a github release, but not "flipping the switch" on Zenodo.

Alternatives:

Zenodo sandbox (need to explore how well this will work)
Archive a repo for work with Theresa Crimmins or Dave Moore (need to get them to authorize Zenodo for their organization)
Ask a learner to volunteer to be walked through the steps for one of their repos

I think using Zenodo sandbox is going to work fine, and is probably a low-stakes way for everyone to follow along as well.
