Setting up infrastructure for trying out other models.

Implemented cross-validation
Added additional climate variables (mean solar radiation, mean vpd)
Added an interaction between genotype and ecosystem
Added a PCA step to the bioclim variables (undecided on whether this is a good idea or necessary yet)
