Nanobragg noise #865

Routine reorganization so that the exascale API can add noise to a multipanel diffraction image (previously only worked on monolithic detector construction). Adding reviewers to explicitly check that continuous integration is working.

In this pull request it was not my plan to include the commits from the nxmx_writer branch.
