Touch/Face ID popup occasionally disappears and app reverts to Password Auth #9

Reported by Devar from slack (/u/Devar0 o reddit):

"Found another bug. When you unlock the phone and electon cash was the last task (so it goes back to it) it falls back to password entry to unlock wallet, not using f/tID."

So apparently it happens when the app was in foreground and you unlock the phone with it coming up immediately.

It's apparently hard to reproduce, but I have some theories as to what in the codepath is questionable.

I will investigate this.
