Activate print link #41

Activated print link. This works well in conjunction with the highlight feature.

this is amazing! thanks so much for all your work. One question, right now if you mouse-over a county and want to print it, but then move the mouse to the print button, the selected county changes as the mouse moves over the map. Any work around that?

Shift clicking should do the trick.

Also check how much this slows down performance for non printing users pls.

I'm going to merge this, and then go back and fix the layers/spacing that the live version currently has some problems with.
