Pleas Re-evaluate Siphon Settings twice in settings.app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgrading to Siphon 2.1.0 through Cydia

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not sure

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 3Gs running 3.0.1 

Please provide any additional information below.
This is related to Issue#: 295. But I tried the steps provided in that issue# 
and did not succeed. 
Maybe i am confused on some part. Not sure what is the deal. I also tried a 
complete clean 
uninstall. After uninstalling from cydia, I SSHed into the phone and deleted 
the SIPHON.app 
folder completely. restarted the phone and the setting preference that stood 
alone was gone but 
the settings at the end of the third group remained. I have attached two 
images. 1 with siphon 
installed and one with it uninstalled
