Siphon 220rc1 crash on startup on OS 3.1.2 #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install 2.2.0 rc1 on iphone OS 3.1.2
2. Run Siphon
3. Application opens for about 10 seconds, then crashes back to iPhone
springboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connect to VoIP server and wait for instructions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2.0 rc1 on an  iPhone 2G  OS 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Anyone got any idea how to fix this...
Version 2.1.0-1 on OS 3.0 was working very well

Siphon not crash on startup if install the SwapMode program from Cydia and goto 
Game 
mode. I'm think is conflict with MobileSubstrate...
