Add documentation in the User Plugins section on the command that lets one open a REPL View for Eclipse itself

This would be nice. How about also adding an option to the context menu?

I had thought about it when I created this long time ago. What stopped me to do this, back then, was that it's a rather advanced feature and I didn't want to make it that visible. Especially for newcomers who could be unnecessarily confused by it
