Why should this exchange be implemented?

We operate on many exchanges and have noticed that Coinstore is growing and becoming more popular, grabbing market share from new projects. It would make sense for CCXT to keep pace with these natural changes in the market. (Probably there are some integrated exchanges that are dying out that could be deprecated to save resource.)

We are not affiliated with Coinstore in any way. It is neither the best nor the worst exchange, but among the most prominent yet to be integrated into CCXT. It is at number 42 on CMC rankings, above BitMex.

We would only need core functionality, for spot and futures. (Order, get order info, cancel order, etc)

Hi @SpenTappy I've created PR #18865 for coinstore integration (spot only). Would love feedback if you end up using it
