Why should this exchange be implemented?

snipeEX, launching on December 1st this year, is the first provisional exchange from the GCC. It offers essential features like spot trading, P2P, demo trading, ICO support, and staking, focusing on helping new tokens grow. Adding snipeEX to the CCXT library will enhance its utility and provide users with access to this pioneering exchange.
