Create a driver for Rx redundancy check on CAN1. Must be rising edge-triggered interrupt

What should be the logic for reacting to fault interrupts?
How do interrupts work in NuttX?
Where in NuttX code should it be?
FlexCAN driver? Doesn't make sense because it is the bus interface on the board....
Or a separate driver? In that case, how should the transceiver driver interact with FlexCAN driver?
