Shellcheck fails for master and devel branch #110

As a result of the following shellcheck issue koalaman/shellcheck/issues/1751 our "builds" are failing. As recommended here https://github.com/koalaman/shellcheck/issues/1751#issuecomment-554669928 we should change our .travis.yml to use shellcheck stable at the docker pull command.
