Download Library Link is broken. #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to this URL 
https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/reports/v1/api-lib/dotnet
2.Click on download the library
3.See 404

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be able to download the library

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The Internets
