Unable to retrieve root OrgUnit via .Net #336

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Authenticate
2. Make request using Repeatable<string>(new string[] { "" }) for root path
3. Fetch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Root OrgUnit object. However, I get a error. Says that the OrgUnitPath can't be 
null or empty. When adding a single forward slash or double forward slash, get 
that the OrgUnit can't be found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0 Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Trying to create a cache of the OrgUnits and Users and want the object itself.
