Issue with model reproducibility #100

Hello!

I am trying to carve models from MAGs, but have hit a bit of a snag. The models generated from the same MAG is different when generated in separate instances. The XML file size differs by ~0.1-0.4 MB and the number of reactions has differed in the range of 5-7 so far. I am not sure what is causing this problem. Any help is appreciated!

Sorry for the very late reply. Can you please check if this problem still persists with the latest version (1.5.1) ?
