No console output after running CarveMe #118

Hello, after running CarveMe a couple of times I did not get any output in my console, although the two output files (.tsv and .XML) are created which indicates that the tool executes properly. Only the very first run provided me with an output in the command line.

Is there any reason why this is happening?

Hello, if you want something to be printed to the console you should use the -v flag (verbose mode).
