Reconstructing a single model is pending #145

Hi Daniel,

CarveMe worked out fine with my first models, but for one dataset seems to be pending without any errors or results.

(..... Total time = 11.112s Reported 671 pairwise alignments, 671 HSPs. 240 queries aligned. Loading universe model... Loading media library... Scoring reactions... Reconstructing a single model)

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi, It is fixed. I just needed to change the universe constraints from the universal bacterial template to Gram-Negative bacteria. Thx. iulia
