CarveME models cannot be validated #29

I have tried a few CarveME models in the following validator; http://bigg.ucsd.edu/validator/app

None of them seem to be valid, attached is one of the models I have tested.

Akkermansia_muciniphila_Model2.xml.gz

I have now tried the --fbc2 method and those can be validated.
