A quick modification to make use of the StardewConfigFramework. Tried not to make structural changes, so it could be cleaned up.

One issue is the sprinkler config file isn't human readable when saved through SMAPI. That may need to be done manually as you were doing before.

Maybe throw this into it's own branch and try it out for yourself!

I'll work on removing spacing, most if not all of those were from the auto formatter in Visual Studio. Will work on merging updates when I have a chance.

due to all of the auto-formatting issues and the new updates, I'll just create a new branch and pull request with the changes.
