Deluxe Scarecrow range increase required #68

Stardew Valley V1.5 added the deluxe scarecrow. This scarecrow has a 16 tile radius instead of an 8 tile one. Right now deluxe scarecrows show the same range as a regular scarecrow.

This is handled in #69 and should be resolved when the change is accepted.
