No home ranges produced on social map after animals settle

I set up a run where a bunch of animals settled after year 1 (according to 
text and log files). None of the NewSocial maps created had any home range 
polygons on them. Swapping out social maps in year 2 caused some of the 
residents to die but since no home ranges were created it was impossible 
to determine if it was behaving correctly. I have attached the xml.

Changes Made use revision 103.  Animals made home ranges, and some were removed 
after
a swap was done.  But I am not sure I wanted a swap.  So give it a go and let 
me know.

HR polygons are again created. I have put the fact that animal numbers seem to 
get 
mixed up as a separate issue.
