Resident interdispersal death skips residents #48

When looping through residents to apply mortality probability (due to
winter kill) we are skipping certain residents. Every time a resident dies
due to winter kill, the next sequential resident (that is still alive) is
skipped in the looping and so not subject to that winter kill probability.
So in year 1 of my run, animals 0,4,8,18,21,23,25,28,31,33 and 35 all died
of winter kill. That year animals 1,5,9,19,22,24,26,29,32,34 and 36 were
all skipped during the looping of residents for winter kill. I have
attached the xml of the run.

Reran the above test (same xml) with newest version (data.zip on FTP, revision
104B)
and animals are no longer being skipped when running through the winter kills.
