Year 3 animals: fates incompete or continue to disperse after HR establishment

I reran the multi-timestep run posted elsewhere (and now here again). Year 
1 and year 2 appear ok. 

In year 3 however, Fem45 and Fem46 'found a home' and write-out X and Y 
for the new home, but then continue dispersing. (No map swaps occured that 
would reduce suitable area.) 

Similarly, Fem32 and Fem42 'found a home' and write-out X and Y, then 
continue to disperse -- but X and Y coordinates = NA for remainder of 
steps.

Lastly, Fem41 and Fem44 do not have fates. Their texfiles end without a 
home range being established, or death.
