animal numbers confused in memory maps #51

The mixing up of animal numbers that we saw before is fixed but a new
confusion over animal numbers has cropped up. When building memory maps we
seem to be getting numbers screwed up due to the way that the memory maps
are currently named. Right now the memory maps are named as the animal
number and the step number. So the 9th step for animal #2 would be called
29. The problem is that somehow we are confusing this 29 with the memory
map for animal 29 (see example in word doc). Since the memory maps are
messed up the animals aren't able to set up HRs correctly. I have attached
the xml as well.

This seems to still be occurring with revision 242.
