Combine OK button and Run button

At the moment, when we run SEARCH we hit the OK button and all of the text 
files are created and things seem to initialize. Once this is done we hit 
the run simulation button. Normally this is fine. When we have a run with 
a bunch of animals, though, the time between when we hit ok and when the 
run simulation button becomes active can be hours (even 10+). You have to 
come back to check it and hit the run button once it is ready before the 
simulation will actually begin running. In the future, combining both 
buttons into a single function would probably be better.
