Temp map created but not deleted each run

During each run a temp social map is created (tempcopy.shp) in the social map 
folder but not deleted when the run finishes. This requires the user to 
manually delete the map before each run

If you don't delete the tempcopy.shp before starting a new run the wrong social 
map could be read into the simulation
