restart issues when changing output directories

Hi Bob,

I ran into a bug while testing SEARCH.  When I reload a run from a previously 
crashed run, and have the output folder set to a new location, the individual 
animal text files get updated in the old output folder, while animals.xml and 
currstep etc, are getting updated in the new output folder.  Everything gets 
loaded into the new output folder initially, but once the program is up and 
running, only the text files in the old output folder get updated.  Any ideas 
what's happening?
