Run dies after saving out backup

When saving out backups, if you reach a certain point in the simulation (I am 
not sure what that point is exactly), the simulation will terminate after 
saving out the next backup. You can reload from the backup fine but this kind 
of defeats the point of being able to save out backups if the run dies when it 
does so.

To replicate: launch the Ridenour_testbackupstall.xml and save out at 50 
iterations. It will run 50 timesteps, save out, run 50 more timesteps, save out 
again, and die. If you reload again and do the same thing it will die on the 
next backup saving out.
