the problem is not what jpeg is used by openMVG, but what version is used by openCV; to solve the problem make sure OpenCV compile (there is a CMake flag) using the existing jpeg version you installed on your system, which is also used by openMVS

The openMVG was compiled by jpeg 8, but I found the openMVS uses jpeg 9d:
I don't know how to compile it with jpeg 8. I can't see any options in
CMakeLists.txt
.I also tried https://github.com/cdcseacave/openMVS/issues/521#issuecomment-659949649 but it doesn't work.
