that is mostly happen during the mesh reconstruction. if you want a more faithful reconstruction of the neck you should take more pictured with the hole and it will be reconstructed as it is in the pictures

Thanks for such a great work! For instance, I want to reconstruct a sport jacket.
However, even if I used "--close-holes 0" in ReconstructMesh, I still get filled area arond collar and bottom of the jacket, as shown in this screenshot. The left one is using the default value for close-holes, and the right one is that set by 0. As you know, the jackets, T-Shirts, Pants, etc., the intrinsic holes around neck, hip, wrists are better to be remained for downstream modeling. And it is hard to remove these filled area automatically. So I was wondering, is there any other parameters I can set for not filling the holes in clothing objects? Thanks!
