ibfs link broken on copyright page #919

The link to ibfs on https://github.com/cdcseacave/openMVS/blob/master/COPYRIGHT.md seems to be broken.

I couldn't find a new link to the original author's page.

It is still available on archive.org at https://web.archive.org/web/20170703042834/http://www.cs.tau.ac.il/~sagihed/ibfs/
