New CAT field: "literature source" #114

To follow assay source. Of type URL, and used mainly for linking to dx.doi, but can also link directly to journal articles, books, miscellaneous PDFs, etc.

I suggest we leave this and other UI related changes at least until the end of I-CORPS is over?
