In this PR, the bat:pairedWith is examined and as long as there is an accompanying bat:eliminated statement, it gets translated into a remapping instruction, which gets stored in the outgoing vocab.dump. Updating this all the way through to BAE will cause the superfluous BTO terms to quietly disappear.
