Added valuetree output mode #143

Test with:

{bax} valuetree data/template/schema.json /tmp/dump.txt

Command line syntax that loads up all of the schema/tree hierarchies, and then spits out a tab-separated list of all the {valueURI}\t{propURI}\t{groupNest...} terms contained within.
