Tag a release #12

The setup.py file says that's version 1.0.0. Could you please tag a release?

This would allow one to download the source as tarball from GitHub. For the packaging I can work with with a commit but it's preferred to work with a actual release.

Thanks for your friendly reminder. I had created the setup.py for the BlackArch people. I had planned to tag the release once they are happy with it. I'm a bit late obviously, so here we go. :) https://github.com/cddmp/enum4linux-ng/releases/tag/v1.0.0
