Update LND to support version from September 2018 #38

This breaks Eclair because it doesn't yet support differing URLs for ZMQ block and tx notifications. But I can repair this once https://github.com/ACINQ/eclair/issues/733 is solved.

I think most of the changes in here have already been addressed? Could you confirm that things are working as expected?

No, actually it doesn't seem to work for me, which makes sense since there is no unlocking and noencryptwallet is not passed. Did it work for you after commit 089f2d6afc70f5742e7c2ee47e20d8d54dba078f?
