Openbox Hotkeys & Conky List #17

I want to add new hotkeys to openbox configuration, and for any hotkeys including (but not limited to) openbox I want to add the important ones to my system conky's hotkeys list.

Decided to move away from using conky to list hotkeys, and simply making them sensible instead.

Hotkeys are added to the repo along with entire openbox config: 4d9884672f26273eae4890495cb67efdc80f0dae
