add btrfs conditions #37

I'd like to add btrfs checks that verify whether / is running off btrfs, and if so it should:

set the /home as a subvolume and "safely" move the contents
update the /etc/fstab file with appropriate mount settings
manually compress the contents on the drive to improve speed & loading times

Obviously this is connected to #34 in that a script to manage iterative snapshots would be available and executed after all the steps are done.
