add gaming packages and documentation #39

Since I have begun to use linux as a gaming desktop as well, I want to add documentation to getting a number of the games I played working, and any packages that should be installed to play them, plus configuration steps.

Packages have been added to the setup script.

Documentation was added, but not cleaned or integrated in a way that makes me happy, so I'll be working on that sometime soon.

Modular documentation for games is pretty much done, though it may require updates over time.
