debian - add openbox docs #5

This is one of the new environments I am actively experimenting with.

correction for semantic purposes, openbox is a window manager not an environment (or desktop environment). It needs to be combined with several other utilities to create a complete desktop environment, which is the whole of what this task is actually referring to.

The openbox instructions have been added:

They are far from complete, and I will instead create tasks for each of the many remaining steps to finishing this rather large task.
