differece between Dash and Policymgr #63

My Dash tells me, that my pmario tank is protected.

The Policymgr doesn't have this info. So I'm missing it. May be the same icons could be used.

Also the pmario policy has an empty record for the read constraint. ???

Constraint Members
manage pmario
read
write pmario
create pmario
delete pmario

Since it is protected, I know that everyone can see it. .... Does this mean, if I have an empty write constraint everyone can write to the tank? If so, I think this is an issue. Imo there should be text with a meaning to grant access. The column also says: Members

At the moment the interface expects a pretty sincere understanding of policies, thus:

It might make sense for it to have placeholder text that say "everyone" or something like that when the members list is empty.

I'm not sure what a better term than member is. Suggestion?

I'll address the 'protected', 'private', etc stuff on the other issue.

I think the placeholder text is a good idea. ... It would also work with the "Members" heading ... so everyone is a member. I think this is clear.
