Sub-APIs of Spring need to be tagged #40

With the current install of Exapus, I cannot see what parts of Spring are used. Spring is a Uber-Framework. Thus we cannot assign, for example, domains without knowing Sub-APIs. Once we have access to the full corpus again, sub-APIs of Spring should be added and domains should be assigned.

I am now assigning multiple domains to some APIs. Also doing this to Spring. So we need to list sub-APIs eventually.
